Every day we read in the tabloids about crime that happens virtually right in our own back yard. The details range anywhere from petty theft, physical and verbal confrontations, road rage, robbery, assault, even murder. We read each article with great interest and hope that we never have to deal with any of these events or situations. Then we go about our day and pretty much forget about all these incidents as if they never happened. This goes on and on...day after day...and all we do is keep hoping that none of these crimes ever involves us or our loved ones.

Now think about this for a minute, if you will. More than likely the person or persons who were the victims in these situations were normal, everyday working people just like you! They most likely read the same articles every day in the newspapers just like you! And finally they hoped that they would never be involved or be a victim of one of these incidents or situations...just like you!

Since we live in New York, we are limited as to what we can carry. They would both have stun guns, if they were legal, to go along with the Mace.
